Interagency Negotiation Exercise

18-20 December 2012. CASL will conduct the end of fall semester exercise for the Eisenhower School.  This interagency negotiation exercise will explore the balance between foreign direct investment in the United States and national security concerns using a scenario based upon the Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).  Participants will represent government agencies and the involved companies as they negotiate a proposed foreign merger/acquisition of a U.S. company, whose change in ownership has national security implications.  (NDU/JPME)
