Mr. Timothy Wilkie

Research Analyst, Strategic Policy Integration Division

Mr. Timothy (Tim) Wilkie is a Research Analyst in CASL’s Strategic Policy Integration Division. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago (AB) and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (MALD), where he wrote his thesis on the application of decision-making theories to free-form gaming. As a leader in CASL’s ongoing efforts to engage with the broader gaming community, he initiated and continues to organize CASL’s quarterly Roundtables on Innovation in Strategic Gaming. Previously he worked as a Foreign Service Officer for the Department of State, serving in Colombia and Chile. In addition to his ongoing focus on Latin American security and economic issues, he is particularly interested in issues related to game methodology, design, and execution, including both the history and the future of gaming as a tool for learning, analysis, and policy.
